As a Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing front desk and general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office/hospital.
You will support the MD and NPs in providing patient care through a variety of tasks related to patient scheduling, care management, organization and communication.
The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
*Responsibilities*
* Organize and schedule appointments
* Update and file medical records and insurance reports
* Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
* Communicate with clients about clinic visits
* Handle receivable and payable accounts and keep financial records
* Provide general administrative assistance to the organization
*Skills*
· Experience as a Front office / Receptionist / Adminstrative assistant
· Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
· Excellent time management skills
· Social perceptiveness and service oriented
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Proficiency in MS Office and electronic medical records
· Personable, Good communication and organizational skills, ability to work in teams.
· Self-motivated, quick learner, ability to adapt, problem solver
Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Thursday.
8am to Noon on Fridays
