Full Time Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Office administration: answering phones, messages, emails, sales, scheduling, communicating with clients, and anything else that may be needed.
Assist in requesting for: pricing and estimates
Responsible for all filing and upkeep of client folders and files

We need a person who has strong communication skills, ability to work as part of a team, attention to detail, capability of managing projects and organizational skills.
Office administration and experience is highly valued but not required.

Review and revise client and leads list on a weekly basis
Compose monthly emails of office/ client happenings to keep customer and leads informed
QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess good verbal, and written communication skills.
