This computer was bought new in box a few months ago in December 2023 .
Even though it had been a long time I tried to upgrade the ram and it would not work so I reinstalled the old ram.
In the process I caused issues with the computer ram memory and maybe the circuit board.
It boots up and works until you start using programs that require a lot of ram and than it will show error messages and crash.
Due to my mistake it is no longer under warranty.

It has been reset and boots up.
