1959 David Bradley Suburban garden tractor project - $175 (Florence)

Old garden tractor made by David Bradley for Sears that has been sitting out in the weather a very long time.
Odd little thing that would either make some good yard art or would require a lot of work to get going again.
Engine is stuck, gear levers are stuck (it must be stuck in gear, the rear wheels rotate in opposite directions), steering is stuck.
It could be parted out on evilbay, but I'm hoping someone would want the whole thing locally.
