Office Administrator Job Description
Responsible for the daily operations of the front office in the Chemical Dependency Center.
Duties:
Collaborating with outside agencies.
Maintains all record, including filing and corresponding with other agencies
Maintains accurate tracking system of charts and various appointments
Types clinical letter and interoffice memos.
Works with the Director and clinical supervisor to ensure accurate communications and a positive image of the CDC.
Responsible for inventory and orders all office supplies
Responsible for securing all documents and medications at all times
Schedules intake and physical immediately following admission.
Coordinate and referral agency to facilitate admission into treatment.
Referral agencies include but not limited to hospitals, drug courts,attorneys,physicians, and other regional mental health centers.
Other duties as assigned.
