Growing Madison County Law Firm in search of an experienced Associate Attorney for litigation in Civil personal injury, premises liability, bad faith, and related cases for Plaintiffs.
Responsibilities would include all aspects of litigation including settlement demand, discovery, deposition, mediation, arbitration, motion hearing, and jury/bench trial.
The ideal candidate would have some courtroom experience and strong legal research and writing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
00 - $100,000.
