Associate Attorney

Madison County Law Firm in search of an Associate Attorney for civil litigation (personal injury, premises liability, bad faith, etc.
) for Plaintiffs.
Responsibilities would include all aspects of litigation including settlement demand, discovery, deposition, mediation, arbitration, motion hearing, and jury/bench trial.
The ideal candidate would have some courtroom experience and strong legal research and writing skills.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
00 - $100,000.
