Duties:
As a LPN, you will work 1:1 with an individual in their home and support them with the following:
Adhere to the outlined care plan
Document tasks, observations and evaluate outcomes
Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
Assist with other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license
One (1) or more years nursing experience, preferably in personal care home industry
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
