Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education/experience Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required: NA Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of computer systems, equipment, and applications.

Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot system software.

Responsibilities Gathers data to identify customer requirements and to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
Establishes measurable system performance requirements to meet systems design objectives and requirements.
Plans, tests, modifies, troubleshoots, debugs, and maintains system software.
Analyzes and evaluates business procedures or problems to define data processing needs; monitors production processing to maximize utilization of systems.
Provides consultation, training and technical assistance to end-users.
Researches and recommends hardware and software purchases to enhance system use.
Designs, develops, and maintains customized reports.
Maintains applicable records and documentation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
