*Role Description*
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Roofing Estimator.
The Commercial Roofing Estimator will be responsible for managing commercial roofing projects, performing takeoffs, creating estimates and project budgets, communicating with clients and vendors, and managing project timelines.
*Qualifications*
* Construction Estimating, Budgeting, and Project Management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in roofing and knowledge of different roofing systems
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
* Proficiency in computers
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
* Knowledge of Xactimate and other industry software is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.
00 - $65,000.
