We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our Engineering department.
As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are met.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities: Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective actions Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions Provide technical support and guidance to production teams Participate in new product development projects, ensuring manufacturability and scalability Stay current with industry trends and advancements in process engineering Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field 0-3 years experience out of college Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques and methodologies Proficient in process simulation and modeling software Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements
