Property Walkthroughs / Inspections / Change Locks (Jackson)

I am an investor actively buying houses and multifamily properties.
I am looking for someone who is handy and has a construction and/or real estate background to do the following for properties in the Jackson metro area: 1) Perform property walkthroughs - Walkthrough and inspect properties that are in poor to decent condition, Film the walkthroughs on your phone and upload them to youtube or google drive.
Provide your thoughts on the property condition and potential repairs needed.
2) Put new lockboxes on properties after they are purchased.
3) Occasionally boarding windows/doors, coordinating junk removals, recommending / coordinating minor repairs This is a side hustle gig with a few hours per week, not a job.
Walkthroughs will need to be done in daylight.
Must be reliable (this is a flexible gig, but you will need to complete request in a reasonable timeframe on or before dates that are provided and agreed upon) After $600 of earnings, we will complete a W-9 If you are interested, email me with the word "Lumber" as the first word in your email.
