is actively seeking a dedicated Utility Services General Laborer to join our team! The Utility Services General Laborer will play a crucial part in upholding the integrity, safety, and functionality of solar panel bushings.
This position will focus on maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the reliability of solar panel bushings while strictly adhering to all safety standards.

has to offer! Welcome to Alamon Job Description: Perform essential tasks related to the maintenance, repair, and reliability of solar panel bushings located on solar fields.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols during all operations.
Collaborate with team members to execute tasks efficiently and contribute to the overall success of the utility services team.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and safety guidelines.
Adhere to established protocols for the proper handling and disposal of materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Identify structural defects, signs of wear or damage and environmental factors that may affect the solar panels stability and function.
Report any issues, discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
Adhere to all company and government safety regulations.
Maintain and keep records up to date on all tools, electronics, vehicles, and equipment.
Demonstrate leadership abilities to successfully supervise and motivate your team members while accepting responsibility for the safe operations and maintenance of vehicle, equipment, and tools.
Must possess a professional attitude that will positively represent the Alamon organization to the clients and the communities in which they work.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Position Qualifications: Previous experience in a general labor role, preferably in utility services or a related field.
Basic understanding of maintenance and repair processes.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Possess effective communication skills and have the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
Possess a current and valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no DUI/DWIs within the past 5 years.
Must pass the pre-employment screening process, drug test and motor vehicle records pull.
Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as required.
Must be able to operate a UTV and perform basic maintenance tasks.
Have the ability and mentality to work outdoors, in a physically demanding work environment and all-weather conditions, lifting or moving up to 40lbs.

Work Environment: This position will work outdoors, year-round, in all weather conditions, and on varying terrain.
May work for long periods in hot, cold, wet, windy, or icy conditions.
Exposure to dust, odors, gases, vapors, wet or slick surfaces, and loud noises is possible.
Must always wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with Company standards and governmental regulations.
Physical Demands: This is a physically arduous position that requires working outside in a variety of weather types and exposure to the elements.
This position requires hiking and standing for long periods of time.
Must be able to perform physical labor tasks.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
Travel Requirements: This is a full-time traveling position that requires extensive travel where you will be on the road for five weeks at a time or longer.
Lodging and transportation are provided while working and traveling for the Company.
