Manufacturing Plant Manager

We are searching for an individual to oversee operations at the Lexington, MS manufacturing plant of Graceland Portable Buildings.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a quick-thinking problem solver.
The Manufacturing Plant Manager should be analytical and process oriented.

Supervise day-to-day manufacturing plant operations Build and manage a team of workers in achieving daily production goals Work closely with the corporate construction team Ensure compliance with all company policies Manage submission of material requisitions Ensure that strict Quality Control standards are met Manage and track all raw materials and finished goods Monitor repair tasks and ensure timely customer service responses Provide phone support to other departments Partner with Regional Sales Managers to meet sales and inventory goals Manage relationships with repair technician(s) Evaluate employees and contractors Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste Work with Safety Officer to perform routine safety checks
