WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING.

Role model all standards/processes and on-the-job behavior by living our core principle of integrity, fairness, & creating a positive, inclusive work environment.
Responsible for supporting production leadership to provide management and oversight of hourly production employees in a poultry processing facility.
Provide coverage for production shift supervisors during vacation and other absences.
Ensure the safe and efficient execution of work by teams.
Role model safe work practices ensure proper job and safety rules are understood and followed by all employees, and lead safety and other team meetings.
Participate in incident investigations and follow-up activities.
Work with shift supervisors to assign work, evaluate job performance and set performance expectations for team members.
Support, coach, and provide timely feedback and direction to associates.
Participate in and/or lead unit initiatives and other assignments as required.
Understand the manufacturing process flow and provide solutions to issues.
