How You’ll Make an Impact
Sets up and operates machines.
Sets up core stacking table and performs core steel stacking around the coil per drawing and instruction.
Performs lead brazing of copper leads to finished coils.
Checks the assembly work per process/check list(s) and customer requirements before moving the unit to the next step in the assembly process.
Test PA’s after assembly
Install metal frames to finished core/coil assemblies and load on the assembly line with the use of an overhead crane.
Perform duties outlined by the Supervisor and Team leads and Supports team members to achieve goals.
Meet production requirements while following safety and quality standards.
What You Bring
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Skill in the use of hand tools, air, and manual
Perform some detailed quality inspections.
Able to use shop floor computers for material verification and ordering.
General knowledge of manufacturing
Transformer Winding Experience is a Plus
Please note there is 2 shifts - 1st Shift 7:30 am to 3:30 pm & 2nd Shift is 3:30 pm to 12:00 am.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
