A Snapshot of Your Day
Your day-to-day activities will involve performing assembly operations on sub-assemblies and final products through utilization of hand and power tools.
You will be reviewing multiple engineering documents for product assembly instructions and scope of work.
Working in collaboration with colleagues to solve the daily challenges that come with being in a production environment will also play a huge role in your day.
How You’ll Make an Impact
You will procure engineering documentation and Bill of Materials for your daily tasks
You will be expected to mount and assemble components through utilization of various tools
You will ensure that the product is built to specification as per the documentation
You will inspect assembly work in accordance with process checklists before moving the product to the next step of the process
Secondary duties
These include ordering the required material (s) from the Warehouse, and placing said material(s) in the proper location(s); you may also report status of hardware and supply stock to your designated supervisor, and verify that quality requirements have been met by signing the relevant documents

What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED
Technical knowledge relating to analyzing and interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions
Must possess broad knowledge of, and the ability to, operate hand tools, including but not limited to: measuring devices (tape measure, micrometers, vernier calipers), regular and cordless screwdrivers, nut drivers, center punches, hammers, crimping tools, drills, torque wrenches, torque screwdrivers, pneumatic wrenches, hydraulic hole punches, hand wrenches, ratchets and sockets, jib cranes, air operated manipulators for lifting, and pallet jacks
Knowledge of operating computers (Windows, Microsoft Office, etc) and applying basic mathematical skills
Ability to work in an industrial, manufacturing environment.
Appropriate personal protective equipment will be required throughout manufacturing areas.
Occasional noise is expected due to operation of tools, and the work area is climate controlled
