Position Overview: As a Construction Project Manager/Estimator with Recon Restoration, you will be responsible for estimating, overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
You will play a pivotal role in coordinating resources, ensuring project efficiency, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
This position offers the opportunity to lead diverse projects and contribute to the continued success and growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Create and manage detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Budget Management: Prepare accurate project budgets and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including construction crews, subcontractors, and support staff.
Foster a collaborative working environment and encourage effective communication.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.
Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure construction work meets industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and address any deviations from quality requirements.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate and manage risks throughout the project.
Proactively address issues and changes in project scope.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and obtain necessary permits.
Stay updated on building codes and industry standards.
Qualifications: Experience in Construction Management, Restoration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a successful project track record.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
