Senior Level Accountant

Small Property Management firm is seeking a part time senior level accountant to assist with all aspects of the business financials, including general accounting and payables.
This position will assist with the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
This position is responsible for setting up new accounts, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments and records, along with booking charge backs and journal entries.
Appfolio experience is a plus.
Hours can be flexible but are in office.
