The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, innovative, enthusiastic, comfortable conceiving strategies on the fly, and can work well individually as well as work with other accounting leaders as part of executive team.
The person will work to prepare and perform monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Account Reconciliation, Revenue Audits, sales/use taxes, review Corporate and personal income tax returns and all within strict timeframes.
All functions include maintaining internal accounting principles, controls, practices, and procedures.
Requirements: Must be a CPA with experience in multi-unit franchising.
Experience in setting priorities, accounting automation, and working on a leadership team.
Must be very computer literate, excellent at excel and managing deadlines.
Following established development processes and procedures, add insights to improve efficiencies where applicable.
Perform all other accounting or administrative duties as assigned.
Work under strict time constraints.
Skills, qualifications, and knowledge:
CPA experience in general accounting
Minimum of 5 years related experience in fast-paced accounting.
Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft office and Excel.
Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Required Education
Bachelor's and/or master's in accounting Certified CPA in good standing
